LAS PLANT - New D6LAS PLANT - New D6 - 24 December 2004

Las Plant took possession of a new Caterpillar D6 dozer in late Dec 2004. The machine was immediately put out on hire to Morrison Civils at their Lhanbryde site.

LAS PLANT ACQUIRED BY TULLOCH PLC - 27 September 2004

Tulloch PLC's expansion continues with the acquisition of the whole issued share capital of Las Plant Ltd.

Previously owned by the MacWilliam and Calder families, Las Plant was formed nearly 30 years ago to provide plant & machinery in the Highlands.

Ian Bone who has been with the company for over 18 years is retained as Operations Director and is joined on the board by Tulloch directors David Sutherland, George Fraser, Kenny Cameron and John MacKay.

David Sutherland, Chairman of Tulloch plc commented "We are pleased to welcome the Las Plant team to the Tulloch family. This business largely fits well with our existing portfolio and we hope we can use our expertise to help it grow."
